Meenkulathi Temple

Meenkulathi Temple is also known as  Pallassana Pazhayakavu Devi Temple.The village Pallassana is around 19 kms from Palghat town and 70 kms from the major city Coimbatore. The structure is built in the Kerala style. It is constructed in such a way that the shadow of the wall never falls on the ground. There are two entrances, one in the north and the other in the west. The temple tank is next to the western entrance. Inside the temple is a massive Dwajasthambam (flag post) which is made of teak wood and covered with copper.
