Sree Vadakkanthara Bhagavathy Temple is also know as Sree Thirupuraikal Bhagavathy Temple . The temple is located 18km from Palakkad Junction. It is also only five kiometers south of Chunnamputhara on Palghat. Consecrated by parasurama. This centuries old temple has marvellous wood carvings.
