State Police Chief Loknath Behra today said the online system for obtaining affidavits and vehicle passes for the public is essential in the event of restrictions on Kovid 19. https://pass.bsafe.kerala.gov.in/
The public can avail of this facility through the link. The online system was developed by a team of experts from Cyber Dome led by ADGP Manoj Abraham, who is also the nodal officer of Cyber Dome.
To get the affidavit online, in case of emergency, the traveler has to upload his signature after registering his name, address, vehicle number, co-passenger name, destination and destination, date, time and mobile number. After verifying this information at the Police Control Center, the affidavit will be sent to the passenger’s mobile number by an affidavit. The police affidavit obtained at this link should show the affidavit. If the application is rejected the message will be sent to the mobile number. According to the affidavit, online travel is allowed only three times a week.
The Vehicle Pass is issued online only for use in cases of death and inescapable hospitalization. Name, Address, Mobile Number and Uploading Image of Photo, Signature and Official ID Card. എന്ന ലിങ്ക് വഴി പൊതുജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഈ സൗകര്യം പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുത്താം. സൈബര്‍ ഡോം നോഡല്‍ ഓഫീസര്‍ കൂടിയായ എഡിജിപി മനോജ് എബ്രഹാമിന്‍റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ സൈബർ ഡോമിലെ വിദഗ്ധ സംഘമാണ് ഓണ്‍ലൈന്‍ സംവിധാനം വികസിപ്പിച്ചത്.
വളരെ അത്യാവശ്യ സന്ദര്‍ഭങ്ങളില്‍ യാത്ര ചെയ്യുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ സത്യവാങ്മൂലം ഓണ്‍ലൈനില്‍ ലഭിക്കുവാന്‍ യാത്രക്കാര്‍ പേര്, മേല്‍വിലാസം, വാഹനത്തിന്‍റെ നമ്പര്‍, സഹയാത്രികന്‍റെ പേര്, യാത്ര പോകേണ്ടതും തിരിച്ചു വരേണ്ടതുമായ സ്ഥലം, തീയതി, സമയം, മൊബൈല്‍ നമ്പര്‍ എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയതിനു ശേഷം യാത്രക്കാരന്‍റെ ഒപ്പ് അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്യണം.
ഈ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ പോലീസ് കണ്‍ട്രോള്‍ സെന്ററിൽ പരിശോധിച്ചശേഷം സത്യവാങ്മൂലം അംഗീകരിച്ച ലിങ്ക് യാത്രക്കാരന്‍റെ മൊബൈല്‍ നമ്പറിലേയ്ക്കു മെസ്സേജ് ആയി നല്‍കും. യാത്രവേളയില്‍ പോലീസ് പരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി ഈ ലിങ്കില്‍ ലഭിക്കുന്ന സത്യവാങ്മൂലം കാണിച്ചാല്‍ മതിയാകും. അപേക്ഷ നിരസിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ ആ വിവരം മൊബൈല്‍ നമ്പറിലേയ്ക്കു മെസ്സേജ് ആയി ലഭിക്കും. ഒരു ആഴ്ചയില്‍ ഓണ്‍ലൈന്‍ മുഖാന്തിരം ഉള്ള സത്യവാങ്മൂലം പ്രകാരം പരമാവധി മൂന്നു തവണ മാത്രമേ യാത്ര അനുവദിക്കുകയുള്ളു.
വെഹിക്കിള്‍ പാസ് ഓണ്‍ലൈനായി നല്‍കുന്നത് മരണം, ഒഴിവാക്കാനാകാത്ത ആശുപത്രി സന്ദര്‍ശനം മുതലായ തികച്ചും ഒഴിവാക്കാനാകാത്ത സാഹചര്യങ്ങളില്‍ മാത്രം ഉപയോഗിക്കാനാണ്. പേര്, മേല്‍ വിലാസം, മൊബൈല്‍ നമ്പര്‍ എന്നിവ ചേര്‍ത്ത ശഷം ഫോട്ടോ, ഒപ്പ്, ഒഫീഷ്യല്‍ ഐഡി കാര്‍ഡ് എന്നിവയുടെ ഇമേജ് അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്യണം. പരിശോധനയ്ക്കു ശേഷം പാസ് യാത്രക്കാരന് മെസ്സേജ് ആയി ലഭിക്കും. ഇതും ആഴ്ചയിൽ പരമാവധി മൂന്നുതവണയേ ലഭിക്കൂ.
നൽകുന്ന വിവരങ്ങൾ തെറ്റാണെന്ന് തെളിഞ്ഞാൽ അപേക്ഷകർക്കെതിരെ നിയമനടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കും. വളരെ അത്യാവശ്യ സാഹചര്യങ്ങളില്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കുവാന്‍ ലഭ്യമാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള ഈ സൗകര്യങ്ങള്‍ ദുരുപയോഗം ചെയ്യുന്നവര്‍ക്കെതിരെയും
